</div>Not really, the version on melange is the primary and definite one.<br>

What I did last and this year is to resort to prepare the proposal in HTML<br>
(hand written, with no <html>, <head> etc, starting just with <p>, <h2> or<br>
similar) and then paste that HTML into "edit html" dialog on melange. I<br>
maintain it in git for backup purposes.<br>

I think this is the way you can fix your formatting - by copying the HTML from<br>
melange, fixing it locally (you can check it in the browser) and reuploading.<br>
