Please ensure you have the full and correct patch and reupload, perhaps rebasing on top of the current master first.
I also noticed that when the user doesn't want a track to be scrobbled, he probably doesn't want it to show up under Last.fm "now playing" so please add the check of isToBeScrobbled() to ScrobblerAdapter::updateNowPlaying(), too. Also please update toolTip of the config dialog option to mention that (no need to update the option test itself).</pre>
