Hello, I have a couple of fixes related to MusicBrainz IDs. It affects
tracks that were tagged with MusicBrainz data, which are treated a
little different by the collection scanner. I've not merged these yet in
case there are any complaints.

There are two patches in the 'musicbrainz' branch here [1], with
detailed explanations in their commit messages. The patches are trivial,
but one change alters the sql uid of affected tracks. What's missing is
a function to update the uid of those tracks in the db when the user
first runs the new version, otherwise a rescan is needed.

Mark has confirmed the problem and Leo has reviewed the commits. If
there are no more problems I'd like to merge this before tagging.
Thanks.
