So what we should do next ?
Wait for more opinions ?
Create a experimental release and see what people are going so say ?

PS. I've created a git clone wich contain the equalizer code:
git://gitorious.org/~aszymiec/amarok/aszymiec-equalizer.git
      Also the necessary audio quality fix for phonon was requested to
merge into phonon git - but don't know when it'll be merged.
