Add applets menu

I've attached another mockup, hopefully I haven't missed anything... There's
a lot going on in it, so I'll describe it.

- User goes into configure mode and clicks "+" to add applet
- add applet selector is displayed
- user wants to add the current track applet after the lyrics applet, so
they hover over the current track applet in selector
- arrow is shown, pointing to the location of the new current track applet
that will be added
- user clicks the current track applet in selector to add it after the
lyrics applet

- now that the applet has been added, user wants to resize the current track
applet
- user goes back into config mode, clicks the edge of the applet (which will
display the resize handle), and drags the edge to the desired location (a
box is shown while the user is resizing the applet so they can visually see
the size changes that will be applied)
- user releases the mouse button and the applet snaps to the new size
