Going to echo Ian on this one.  DAAP is undocumented and Apple breaks it
when they feel like (and very purposefully).  We have no business
supporting it now that documented protocols are out there.  DLNA (which
is the actual standard...upnp was a precursor, and covers more types of
scenarios than media sharing, such as dynamically opening forwarding
ports on home routers) is documented and not controlled by a single company.
