KDE Phone subsystem integration

I must say I am not a fan of the GPLv3, but that's not my decision to take. As for the product point of view. It is a daemon over dbus, so nothing is 'linked' to it. As long as the product have an update mechanism and it support custom packages (enable or disabled by default, or even over JTAG/uBoot), it can be used without licensing issues. But, I understand your point of view and I mostly share it. I will try to re-license the Qt library under LGPLv2 or dual LGPL/GPL.

It does, Telepathy-Ring is an API to the GSM/UMTS stack (which is i.e.
ophono). Peregrine on Handset does actually have telepathy ring support.
I'm but worried on this SFLPhone. 'Haveing it' does not mean that you
can use it from a product point of view since it is gplv3.
