international keyboard layout support

	There is already a task to improve the virtual keyboard: 
http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/Tasks#On_Screen_Keyboard. I has not 
been started though.

	We used what today is KDE SC 4.8.0 to build Plasma Active 2 image.
