another way to disable recommendations for PA1

Hi all,
i now re enabled recommendations in the homescreen qml, that means they will 
come up again by default...

as was discussed today, there is still quite of demand either by advanced 
users or for demos purposes to take a look at them.

now, since the contour package contains only stuff about recommendations, what 
should be done for PA1, in both images (meego and suse), is to *not* install 
it by default (would still be compiled and be possible to install it 
afterwards)

when the package is not installed, the left handle is not visible at all 
anyways
