It should be possible to connect to any activity, not only the one you are
currently in.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open content in an SLC aware application, try to connect it to any activity
other than the current one.


Expected Results:  
After selecting "Connect" => "Activity" a list of activities should appear that
you can select from.
