getting rid of active branches in KDE modules

for your perusal:

    git clone kde:scratch/aseigo/kactivities

the only thing i'm not too happy with is that the history isn't exactly very 
long. i merged in the activedevelopment/4.7 branch and that gave one entry in 
the log, then i deleted the remote activedevelopment/4.7 branch, which perhaps 
i shouldn't have.

i can re-do the filter-branch and the rest of the git commands if it is felt 
that the history should be better than it is in that repo.

otherwise, i'd like to request that this gets pushed to KDE's git as a proper 
top-level module. this also needs an API review at the upcoming sprint.
