vendors. who need to become where 99% of our users come from for this to be 
successful.

there is already a stable branch in plasma-mobile, and other than share-like-
connect all the other modules are the "normal" ones (workspace, libs, etc.).

there will be a stable branch for PA2 as well. and the release cycle for PA3 
will be longer making PA2 a good target.

the long release cycle of Android may not be well suited to PA. better? ;)

the assumption is that on those systems, Desktop would be installed using the 
more recent versions of libs/workspace that Active requires.

i'm trying to avoid distracting developers with conversations that can not be 
fully had until this release is out. if we pause now to discuss the next 
release, we will pull attention and resources away from this one. it's basic 
project management.

on the converse side, waiting a few weeks will not hurt this conversation when 
we have it then.
